Delivery Information

Once the order has been confirmed, then they will plan the routes and will contact you 24 to 48 hours before delivery to give you an exact day and time slot for delivery.

1-All orders come with a standard 7–10 day delivery time scale. In most instances, we have items shipped quicker than the given timescales.

4-Please provide an up-to-date mobile phone number as delivery information is sent via text message. We will text the number you provide 24-48 hours before delivery to provide you with both a delivery date and time slot. This allows you to prepare for your delivery,

5-If you are unable to accept delivery, please alert us within 3 hours of receiving your confirmation text, as this prevents us from sending the goods to the delivery depot.

6-We provide a specialist delivery service. Our professional delivery teams handle your goods with great care and attention. They will deliver your goods to the front door of your delivery address as standard; we regret that we are unable to deliver items to specific rooms in the house. If you reside in a flat, delivery will be made to the ground floor.
